We always have a good experience when Brendan comes to service our heat pump. He is also very organized and thoughtful... regarding carpets and inside areas of the house, always using shoe covers on carpets and covering the area to avoid spills, what is very important to me. We recently had our heat pump moved from one place to another 4 meters away. He worked non stop for 12 hours and left everything clean and spotless. I highly recommend his services.read more

After a long period of frustration with our legacy heating system and its eventual complete failure, we decided to... replace the heat pump and controller with a new installation. Brendan was ridiculously responsive, first getting back to me late on Friday evening with mitigation suggestions, then managing to get the new system on-site in less than two business days. It was a few days' work to install the new system (mechanical installation, plumbing, electrical, systems design, commissioning, testing etc), during which he kept me constantly updated on progress, consulted me on key points, took my design wishes into account, and generally acted like a willing professional partner in bringing my house's heating back online. Very pleased with the new system, and with the efforts he put in to deliver and install it on a very short schedule. Highly recommended for this type of work.read more

We noticed on a Saturday that our heating wasn’t working. We had a two week old newborn in the house so we were worried... about the temperature dropping too much. My husband rang Brendan but to be honest as it was the weekend we were not too hopeful that he would come out. Not only did he ring back to say he was coming , he spent a number of hours with us trying to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the heating system needed a part so Brendan fixed it temporarily for us with a view to returning to us on Monday to fix it properly. Later that evening, after he left, we felt the temperature wasn’t rising and my husband rang Brendan. He rang back with a video call so we could show him exactly what the problem was. I thought that was very useful and helpful. Overall, we are very happy with the service and Brendan’s professionalism. We will be calling on Brendan for the annual service on our heating system in the future. Thank you.read more

I can’t tell you how relieved and happy I am to finally find someone good to service my air to water heat pump. I have... it 6 years and it’s only now that I really understand how to manage it effectively. Brendan is professional and is clearly an expert in this field. He unfortunately had to reconfigure the whole system after someone else’s sloppy work. His customer service is excellent. He is absolutely the best in his field.read more
